Respected Sir/Madam,

Regarding Diplom of post gradute students. We are the foreign students studied in volgograd state medical university & stavropol state medical academy. we are waiting to receive the diplom from our particular universities. when we approach our vice-chancellors., they have informed us that from the ministry.moscow still have not issued the diplom. If so when it will be ready.. without that we are unable to work anywhere in the world. so kindly please help us...Waiting for your reply...
